<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible copper-clad laminated sheet which can improve flexibility and handleability and reduce warpage. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible copper-clad laminated sheet 5 is concerned. Rolled copper foil 2 is lapped over one side of an insulating layer 1, and an electrolytic copper foil 3 is lapped over the other side of the insulating layer 1. It is formed by laminating this with a double belt press machine 4. The elastic modulus of the rolled copper foil 2 after the lamination is 30 GPa or below, and the elastic modulus of the electrolytic copper foil 3 is 35 GPa or above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
