<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that can suppress the occurrence of off-set and tailing, and the extensive propagation of noise generated between a power supply member and a fixing rotating body. <P>SOLUTION: An image formation device comprises: a fixing part 8 having a fixing sleeve 11 and a pressure roller 22; a power supply brush 15 that contacts a peripheral surface of the fixing sleeve 11; a power supply path electrically connecting the power supply brush 15 and a first voltage application part 33; a capacitor 32 fixed on a branch path that branches from the power supply path to be grounded; and an output resistance 31.
