ANISOTROPICALLY ELECTROCONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropically electroconductive adhesive film which is excellent in the electric connectability of fine area electrodes in the electric connection of fine patterns, hardly causes a dielectric breakdown (short) between fine wirings, and can observe a clear impression, when the impression is observed through an insulating layer.

SOLUTION: The anisotropically electroconductive adhesive film comprising electroconductive particles and a cross-linkable insulating adhesive film having the first main surface and the second main surface is characterized in that the conductive particles are buried and arranged in the first main surface in a single layer state; the coefficient of variation of the center-to-center distances of the electroconductive particles are 0.05 to 0.5; a cross-linkable functional group concentration of the cross-linkable insulating adhesive film on the second main surface is higher than the cross-linkable functional group concentration on the first main surface; and the cross-linkable insulating adhesive film is a single layer.
