<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and convenient moving device that can be used by one person as an aircraft moving means in an airport. <P>SOLUTION: A power device with moving wheels 11 and a handle 6 is mounted on a bearing shaft 4 of a wheel 5 for handling of the aircraft. A tire for handling of the aircraft rotates to start moving the aircraft by press-fitting a rotating drum 14 for driving rotated in the power device or a belt on the tire for handling with a device in the power device.
