<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge enabling precise control of a dimensional face of measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The cartridge with an indicating click of fine adjustment for use in a boring bar is equipped with a tubular body with a male thread having a differential pitch. A tubular movable shaft and a thread part of a torque receiving assembly are attached to the tubular body, the torque receiving assembly incorporates a pulling in bar where the indicating click is arranged, and the indicating click is constituted of the protrusion of individual spherical bodies generated by friction of milling in a diametric direction arranged on the pulling in cover. The movable shaft has a female thread for accepting a grinding mechanism and attaching the thread part of the torque receiving assembly, the protrusion of the indicating click is caused by the respective rotation of the pulling in cover, the indicating click reciprocates the displacement of the movable shaft and the grinding mechanism, the displacement is constituted of the difference of the thread pitch defining a fine resolution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
