<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe sole slide-adjusting tool which can be easily attached, does not influence the appearance shape of shoes when attaching, hardly leaves the influence after attaching to the shoe sole. <P>SOLUTION: The shoe sole slide-adjusting tools 2 are attached to exercising shoes which is usually used are attached to outsoles 5 of the shoes 1. The shoe sole-adjusting tools 2 have a double layered structure. The double layer structure has a sheet 4 made of a material easily slidable to a floor material and an adhering agent 3 detachably attachable to the outsole 5. An upper layer is detachable adhering agent 3. In the adhering agent 3, an applying amount can be adjusted such that the easily slidable sheet 4 is not peeled from the outsole. A lower layer is the sheet 4 easily slidable to the grounding surface.
