<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a check valve device having a check valve mechanism in a passage by reducing the man-hour of parts number control and production control. <P>SOLUTION: The check valve device includes: a first duct 1 forming a passage where a fluid circulates inside; a second duct 2 which is connected while being fitted to the outside of the first duct 1 and where the fluid circulates; and a check valve 3 which is made of a flexible material, which is disposed crossing the passage 2c of the second duct in such a manner that the upper end 3b thereof is a fixed end integrated with the inner wall face 2a of the second duct and the other end in a circumference edge 3c is a free end. The check valve distorts in a direction to open the passage 2c of the second duct when a pressure to make a fluid pass from the passage 1c of the first duct to the passage 2c of the second duct is applied; and when no pressure is applied, the free end is located at a position facing an end face 1b of the first duct in the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
