A heating plate (3) by which a cooker (1) made of non-ferromagnetic material is capable of being heated on an induction cooker, comprises a ferromagnetic fiber heating plate attached to an outer bottom surface of the cooker (1) and a thin circular iron sheet provided on an inner bottom surface of the cooker (1). The ferromagnetic fiber heating plate is cut according to the outer bottom area of the cooker (1), and the size of the thin circular iron sheet is regulated by sleeving thin annular iron sheets with larger diameter.
