AQUEOUS CLEANING AGENT COMPOSITION

Disclosed is a general-purpose aqueous cleaning agent composition that has superior oil component separation properties and is capable of handling water-soluble processing oils. The aqueous cleaning agent composition contains an emulsifier that separates oil components adhering to members being washed from those members and emulsifies the oil components, a separating agent formed from an anionic polymer, and a separating auxiliary formed from a cationic surfactant. The molecular weight of the anionic polymer is preferably 1500 - 50,000. The HLB value for the separating auxiliary is preferably a value of 26 or greater as defined by Davies' method.
