PURPOSE: Rice gruel with dried yellow corvina, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the improved nutrition and the savory taste of the dried yellow corvina. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice gruel with dried yellow corvina comprises the following steps: salting yellow corvina with bay salt before drying to obtain the dried yellow corvina; removing the head, intestines, fins, and scales from the dried yellow corvina before washing; inserting the washed dried yellow corvina with water into a pot, and inserting ginger, garlic, bay leaves, spring onion, radish, and onion into the pot before boiling at 60-150 deg C; filtering the boiled mixture to obtain dried yellow corvina stock; washing rice, and soaking the rice in water for 2-3 hours; grinding dried yellow corvina flesh, the ginger, the garlic, the onion, and mixing the ground dried yellow corvina mixture with flour, starch, soybean powder to obtain dough; inserting the rice, the dried yellow corvina stock, and seasonings before boiling; and adding the dough after thinly tearing before concentrating the gruel. |
