<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic latent image development which achieves high image quality at high speed and is excellent in low temperature fixability, anti-blocking properties, crushing resistance and offset resistance, image support separability at the time of fixing and causes no white stripes and image concentration unevenness, and an image forming apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid is prepared by dispersing at least a binder resin, a mold lubricant and a colorant in an aqueous medium, and dispersion particles in the liquid are coagulated and fused to prepare a toner for electrostatic latent image development. The binder resin is a resin containing at least a polyester component, and the mold lubricant is a mold lubricant composition obtained by concurrently using the following three waxes, A, B and C.
