<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile network connection device, system and method for down-sizing the mobile network connection device. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile network connection device has a step of transmitting data or a command to a storage unit or a baseband processing unit on the basis of a logical address in a secure digital (SD) command, and the SD command is a result of conversion of SCSI CDB after a terminal device capsulates the received data or command in the SCSI CDB. Wireless Internet connection function is, in its embodiment, incorporated into an SD card.
