<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food compound containing collagen capable of improving the problems wherein a heretofore known bleaching skin care article cannot suppress generation of melanin, or its use is inconvenient. <P>SOLUTION: This food compound containing collagen contains collagen and enzyme RAJ-326 as main components, and the food compound containing collagen repairs a damaged epidermis of skin by generating collagen in a body. Similarly, the food compound containing collagen, the enzyme RAJ-326, and one or two or more kinds of cystine derivatives and/or its salts as main components, further suppresses formation of melanin and attains a bleaching effect of a skin by suppressing activity of tyrosinase.
