<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of reducing manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a semiconductor module 2, a cooling tube 3, a control circuit substrate 40, and a current sensor 5. The control circuit substrate 40 is connected to a control terminal 23. The control circuit substrate 40 has a control circuit 4 for controlling the operation of a switching element 21. The current sensor 5 measures a current value of a current-to-be-controlled flowing through the semiconductor module 2. The control circuit 4 calculates a temperature Tw of refrigerant 30 flowing through the cooling tube 3, using a temperature Ts in the semiconductor module 2 detected by a temperature sensor 22 and the current value of the current-to-be-controlled measured by the current sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
