<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliability evaluation system of an electric power system capable of sharing common information among electric power system operators, and further capable of renewing and modifying a system in a flexible manner and achieving low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of state quantity arithmetic sections 15a to 15n individually calculates a predetermined calculated state quantity on the basis of a measured state quantity of an electric power system 11, which is stored in a system database storage unit 13 and varies from moment to moment, and stores the predetermined calculated state quantity in the system database storage unit 13. A plurality of arithmetic processing sections 16a to 16m estimates and calculates a system operational state of the electric power system 11 specified by a system operator by using measured state quantity and calculated state quantity stored in the system database storage unit 13. In a case where calculated results contain an instruction value for a monitoring control, the plurality of arithmetic processing sections 16a to 16m stores the instruction value in a monitoring control database storage unit 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
