<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground anchor tension device capable of maintaining constant pressure rising rate of working fluid in a pressure supply line supplying pressure oil to a jack cylinder in a lift-off testing of a ground anchor. <P>SOLUTION: The ground anchor tension device comprises a fluid pressure measurement device (4) for measuring the working fluid pressure supply flowing through a working fluid line (L) to a jack (1), a relief valve (52) for returning the working fluid flowing through the working fluid line (L) to a working fluid supply device (3), and a control apparatus (6). The ground anchor tension device has a function of regulating the pressure fluctuation rate of fluid pressure of the working fluid supplied from the working fluid supply device (3) to the jack (1) at an arbitrary rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
