<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card type electronic equipment capable of preventing its being diverted or reused. <P>SOLUTION: The card type electronic equipment is provided with a hardly deforming plate-like printed circuit board which has an IC chip attached on it and forms a transmitter-receiver circuit which transmits/receives specific information to/from an external device, and a flexible antenna sheet on which an antenna circuit is integrally formed by printing. The antenna sheet, which is placed in an exterior case and covered with a protective cover while it overlaps the printed circuit board, traverses the exterior case from one side to the other through a traversing slit formed in a middle portion of the exterior case.
