<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter which can be manufactured using a simple manufacturing process and shows photoelectric conversion characteristics in high efficiency, specifically when used for an organic solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric converter includes, on a substrate, first and second electrodes at least one of which is translucent. The converter further includes, between these first and second electrodes, sequentially from the first electrode side, a first organic compound layer consisting of a hole transporting material and metal oxide, and a second organic compound layer consisting of an electron transporting material. The first organic compound layer includes the metal oxide which is mixed with the hole transporting material or includes it as a layer in the first organic compound layer, and a molar ratio of the hole transporting material and the metal oxide is 100:0.1-50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
