<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device with a deodorizing molded body capable of removing odor components for a long period of time with high efficiency, and to provide a method for producing the deodorizing molded body. <P>SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes: a toilet bowl, a base part equipped on the toilet bowl; a toilet seat; and a toilet lid. The base part has a deodorizing molded body holder 4, and the deodorizing molded body 5 held by the deodorizing molded body holder 4.
