<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump capable of delivering a fluid at a fixed quantity even when the fluid having high viscosity is delivered. <P>SOLUTION: The reciprocating pump includes: a diaphragm drive chamber provided with a diaphragm reciprocated to deliver a fluid; and a drive power supply unit for supplying drive power to reciprocate the diaphragm. The drive power supply unit comprises: a single eccentric cam; and a first piston unit and a second piston unit that are reciprocated by the rotation of the eccentric cam. The inside of the diaphragm drive chamber is provided with a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm, and is configured to transmit the drive power of the first and second piston units via working oil to the first and second diaphragms, respectively.
