<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm rear visibility on a lower side of a rear window and to widen the rear visibility. <P>SOLUTION: The rear side confirmation device 30 includes a front seat 16, a rear seat 17 and sub windows (visually confirming windows) 23 and 24 arranged on a rear side of the rear seat 17 to visually confirm a rear side of a vehicle body 11 in front of a cabin 12 in the cabin 12. The rear side confirmation device includes an opening part 39 provided in a seat back 32 of the rear seat 17 to confirm the rear visibility through the sub windows 23 and 24. When an occupant 19 sitting on a driver's seat 14 turns around to the rear side and directly visually confirms the visually confirming windows 23 and 24, the opening part 39 is provided at a position where the sub windows 23 and 24 can be seen through from eye points 19a of the occupant 19 or at a position where the occupant 19 sitting on the driver's seat 14 can see through the sub windows 23 and 24 through a back mirror 22 provided in front of the cabin 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
