<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR pipe, an EGR device, and a method of manufacturing the EGR pipe for improving durability. <P>SOLUTION: The second EGR pipe 22 includes a flange 100b on the intake system side (flange) and a first tube 110 on the intake system side (first tube).
