PURPOSE: A multi-color ballpoint pen with a function for preventing an operating noise is provided to prevent noise pollution due to ballpoint pen use by preventing the operating noise of an operation notch. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of guide grooves(2) is formed by being cut from the top part of a top body(3). A guide rail is formed to be projected from the inner side of the guide groove to the either side. The guide rail includes an engaging part. Upper and lower protrusions(6,6') are formed in the inner side of the top part of the body. A push projection(8) is formed into the outside of the top part. A plurality of operation notches(7) is combined with the top of a ballpoint pen lead(4). A coil spring(9) is inserted into the top part of the ballpoint pen lead. A supporting unit guides the up and down movement of the ballpoint pen lead. A bottom body(3') is combined with a top body(3). The bottom body includes a ball pen point outlet(5). An elastic member(10) for preventing a noise is inserted into a hollow part(11). The hollow is formed in the top end part of the top body. A collision tip(20) is formed in the top end part of the plurality of the operation notches. |
