PURPOSE: A disk brake is provided to improve the overall productivity of a disk brake by improving the workability of a guide hole and a guide rod fixed to the caliper housing through a guide sleeve installed at the guide hole of a carrier. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake comprises a caliper housing(20), a carrier(30), a disk(40), a pair of guide rods(50) and a guide sleeve(80). The caliper housing has a piston in order to move through the braking fluid pressure. The caliper housing is slidingly coupled with the carrier to the same direction with the movement direction of the piston through the guide rod. Pad plates(41, 42) attached with pair pads(41a, 42a) is installed and is fixed to the car body. The disk is revolved with the wheel while a part of the outer circumference is inserted between a pair of pad plates. The guide sleeve is installed in the guide hole(31) of the carrier. The external diameter of the guide rod is slidingly supported.
