<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the possibility of an inrush current flowing into a capacitor 52 when a power exchange relay RC is set closed in order to supply electric power from a power supply PS to a high-voltage battery 10 through an inverter IV4 for air conditioning. <P>SOLUTION: When a plug PG is to be connected to a connector C1, at first, a relay RM and a high-resistance side relay RMH are set closed and a capacitor 52 is charged by a high-voltage battery 10. Next, the high-resistance side relay RMH is set opened, while a low-resistance side relay RML is set closed, and a power exchange relay RC is set closed.
