<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air current generator which generates air currents of high air quantity and high air velocity vertically against the surface of a base substance and which has high endurance, and a sensation presentation device. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple annular wire electrodes 52 are placed on a concentric circle on the top face of an insulator substrate 51, and the top faces of the wire electrodes 52 are coated with dielectric coats. The wire electrodes 52 are commonly connected by four in the order in which they stand, and pulse voltage of 4 phases is applied to them. If you follow the wire electrodes according to the phase of the applied pulse voltage, you follow them from around the wire electrodes 52 to the center.
