<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit with a shake correction function that can accurately oscillate a movable module even when a flexible wiring board is connected to a fixed body and the movable module. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical unit 100 with a shake correction function, a flexible wiring board 400 connected to a movable module 300 and a fixed body 200 has, at some points thereof, folded parts 415 and 425, where an extension direction reverses its direction, on a side with an oscillation fulcrum 180 of the movable module 300.
