<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board in which a conductor layer is prevented from corrosion by formic acid, and a fuel cell equipped with it. <P>SOLUTION: On one surface of a base insulating layer 2, a conductor layer 3 consisting of collection parts 3a and 3b as well as extraction conductor parts 4a and 4b is formed. Coating layers 6a and 6b are formed on the base insulating layer 2 such that they cover a predetermined portion of the conductor layer 3. The coating layers 6a and 6b contain resin material and conductive material. The coating layers 6a and 6b are added with 1,8-bis (dimethylamino) naphthalene. The 1,8-bis (dimethylamino) naphthalene has such nature as strongly captures proton (H<SP POS="POST">+</SP>). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
