<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color filter for a linear sensor having a fixed film thickness of a row of the color filter of the same color among various color sensor chips regardless of an arrangement of the color sensor chips on a semiconductor substrate and an arrangement of the row of the color filter in the color sensor chips. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a color filter, each row of the color filter corresponding to each sensor is arranged on a front surface of multiple linear image sensor rows arranged in parallel as a single color filter penetrating various color lights respectively, and multiple color sensor chips as a smallest group unit thereof are arranged on a semiconductor substrate. A scribe line are provided for separating the chips, and a transparent resin layer is formed on the scribe line before the color filter rows with a color formed closest to the scribe line in parallel are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
