<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a measurer can measure the wetness in his/her oral cavity with convenience and high accuracy, without requiring the attendance of an expert or a specific instrument. <P>SOLUTION: A test tablet having a disintegration time measuring value of 5 seconds or more and 1.5 minutes or less is placed in the oral cavity and the time until the test tablet begins to disintegrate in the oral cavity is measured to determine the wetness in the oral cavity.
