<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To illuminate a display part and a needle with proper brightness in spite of the small number of light sources. <P>SOLUTION: A needle-type meter includes: a display plate 31 provided with a speed display part 311; a liquid crystal panel 326; a cylindrical body 327 which surrounds the periphery of a turning shaft 3110 when the display plate 31 is viewed from the front side; and a first light emitting element 332a which emits light toward the turning shaft 3110 when the display plate 31 is viewed from the front side. When the display plate 31 is viewed from the front side, the speed display part 311 surrounds the turning shaft 31 from above, and the liquid crystal panel 326 is located below the turning shaft 3110, and the first light emitting element 332a is located below the turning shaft 3110. The cylindrical body 327 includes: a first reflecting portion 321 which reflects a part of light emitted from the first light emitting element 332a, toward the liquid crystal panel 326 in order to illuminate the liquid crystal panel 326; and a first light passage portion which allows a part of light from the first light emitting element 332a to pass toward the turning shaft 3110 in order to illuminate a needle 3111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
