<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel plate capable of simply and promptly inspecting a specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The microchannel plate comprises a hard plate member 110 formed with a recessed portion on a surface thereof, and a sheet member 120 laminated on the plate member 110. A reagent and a specimen are mixed in a space in the recessed portion. The space includes a reagent storage space 112 storing the liquid reagent, a mixing space 111 storing the specimen and mixing the specimen and the reagent, and a reagent flow channel 116 coupling the reagent storage space 112 and the mixing space 111. The sheet member 120 is made from elastomer. When a part covering the reagent storage space 112 of the sheet member 120 is pressed, the reagent stored in the reagent storage space 112 passes through the reagent flow channel 116 to flow into the mixing space 111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
