<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground drilling device capable of avoiding the prolongation of a construction period and preventing a hole formed on the ground from being filled with earth and sand excavated. <P>SOLUTION: A ground drilling device 1 includes a rod member 10, a bit member 20, and a shaping member 30 disposed between the rod member 10 and the bit member 20. The shaping member 30 has shaping bits 33 having a diameter which is almost the same as the outer diameter of an excavating claw 23 of the bit member 20 for drilling the ground.
