<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and space-saving conveying device which conveys a load without inclining it even if a conveying route is inclined and improves conveyance efficiency, and is easily installed and adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: The conveying device has a first sliding means 121 which is slidable upward to a running means 110 and has a first guide roller 122 at a sliding edge, and a second sliding means 124 which is slidable upward to the first sliding means 121, has a second guide roller 125 at a sliding edge, and supports a load holding means 130.
