<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low odor radically curable unsaturated resin composition containing paraffin wax added thereto, the radically curable unsaturated resin composition being excellent in the dispersibility of paraffin wax and drying property; and to provide a coating material. <P>SOLUTION: The radically curable unsaturated resin composition contains a resin (A) having polymerizable unsaturated groups, a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (B) containing a (meth)acryloyl group, and paraffin wax (C). In the composition, the polymerizable unsaturated monomer (B) contains a dicyclopentenyloxyethyl(meth)acrylate (B1) and a 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate (B2), the solubility parameter of the monomer (B) is ≤8.5, and the polarizability of the monomer (B) is 1.5-2.8×10<SP POS="POST">-23</SP>, and further, the paraffin wax (C) has a melting point of 115-150°F and is contained in an amount of 500-10,000 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
