Constituted in accordance with the principles of the present invention which will provide configuration, organisation and optimisation without the need for external intervention. It is yet another object of the present invention to achieve potential to create many thousands of new sites in the operator's mobile network, and help offload data traffic from the core network, eliminating the need for a major core network capacity upgrade and provides multi-band, multi carrier,multi-user functionality, in active infrastructure sharing operating environment inclusive of that of spectrum sharing operating environment. |
