<p>Disclosed is a center-less pointer type display device with no direction gap of a pointer, and also with no increase in the slide friction between upper and lower pulleys and a guide rail. Specifically disclosed is a center-less pointer type display device which comprises a pointer moving device that is provided with a pointer section (21) for supporting a pointer (21C) and a carrying section (22) for carrying the pointer section (21), and a storage case consisting of a case body that is blocked by a dial plate having an opening near the center, and which is configured in such a manner that the pointer moving device is stored in the storage case so as to bring the pointer (21C) into the direction of the dial of the dial plate, wherein the carrying section (22) is provided with a guide rail (22R) that has a vertical U-shaped cross section, and a wire (22W) that moves along the guide rail (22R); and wherein the guide rail (22R) is gripped between an upper pulley (21P1) and lower pulley (21P2) of the pointer section (21), and the wire (22W) is fixed by a wire fixing groove (21W) at the intermediate site on the line connecting the upper pulley (21P1) and the lower pulley (21P2).</p> |
