An industrial heating furnace comprises a furnace body (6) and a slag hopper (1). The furnace body (6) comprises a radiation chamber (4) and a combustion chamber (3) arranged below the radiation chamber (4). The slag hopper (1) is arranged below the combustion chamber (3). At least one burner (2) for ejecting fuel into the combustion chamber (3) is circumferentially arranged on the combustion chamber (3). A furnace pipe (5) in which a heated medium flows is arranged on the inner wall of the radiation chamber (4). The structures of the combustion chamber (3) and the radiation chamber (4) are configured so that the volume heat load of the combustion chamber (3) is larger than that of the radiation chamber (4). Due to the configuration of the heating furnace, a higher heat load is held in the combustion chamber (3) while a lower heat load is held in the radiation chamber (4) in operation, thus preventing the coking of the heated medium and improving the combustion stability of coal water slurry.
