PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composite separation plate for a fuel cell is provided to shorten total processing time, to improve productivity, and to prevent the damage of composite materials by removing an excess of a resin and curing the resin for gasket through plasma etching treatment. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite separation plate for a fuel cell reinforced with carbon materials based on a polymer resin further comprises a post-process for removing an excess of a resin used as a substrate while exposing carbon materials to a separator surface layer by performing plasma-etching treatment of the surface of a carbon-reinforced composite material separation plate. The carbon material is single or two or more selected from long carbon fiber, short carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes and carbon black. |
