PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize avoidance of an effect on a power supply system, and power supply from a dispersed power to a load at the time of power outage, and power supply automation from the power supply system at the time of power supply restoration.

SOLUTION: The power outage countermeasure system comprises: first switching means (electromagnetic switch 42) which supplies power to a specific load (12B) connected to a power supply system (electric power system 10) and which blocks the power supply system at the time of power outage of the power supply system; second switching means (electromagnetic switch 44) which connects a dispersed power to the load and supplies power to the load from the dispersed power after the first switching means blocks the system; the power supply system which blocks the second switching means and unblocks the first switching means, and then restores the power supply therefrom to the load at the time of power supply restoration.
