<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily synchronize reproduction of words with the telop of an image in a game machine. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a conversion table for storing relation between an identifier associated with a word sound reproduced by an acoustic device and telop information displayed on a display device in advance. An acoustic control unit reproduces word sound according to control of a sub-substrate, while the conversion table searches for the telop information corresponding to the identifier on the basis of the identifier associated with the word sound, and transmits the searched telop information to the display control unit.
