<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove which suppresses a reduction of the strength of a front panel, requires no large area for arranging both an ignition/extinction button and a flame regulation lever, and is also used for the front panel of the cooking stove in which the flame regulation lever can be eliminated while maintaining the appearance. <P>SOLUTION: Ignition/extinction buttons 14a-14c for executing ignition and extinction of burners 3a-3c, and flame regulation levers 15a-15c for regulating the flame of the burners 3a-3c are provided on front panels 12, 13 as operation units. Openings 36a-36c for the operation units are formed in the front panels 12, 13. The ignition/extinction buttons 14a-14c are arranged at the openings 36a-36c for the operation units 36a-36c. Spaces 47a-47c for the levers are formed between edges of the openings 36a-36c for the operation units and the ignition/extinction buttons 14a-14c.
