<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of ion conductivity capable of grasping behavior of an ion in a solid-state electrolyte layer in a shorter time than a conventional time. <P>SOLUTION: The simulation method of ion conductivity restrains specific atoms except the ion contained in the solid-state electrolyte layer, and applies an electric field, when performing molecule dynamics calculation to gasp the behavior of the ion in the solid-state electrolyte layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
