<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus with which the deterioration of image due to outer light can be suppressed and the deterioration of the yield at manufacturing processes can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic cassette 20 includes a substrate 120, a pixel 72 formed on the substrate, and a scintillator 122 for converting radiation into light in which the pixel 72 has sensitivity. The substrate 120 has a filter property limiting the transmission of light in the wavelength band in which the pixel 72 has sensitivity. By this, the manufacturing processes are simplified, thereby making it possible to suppress the deterioration of the yield at manufacturing processes and the deterioration of radiation images due to influence of outer light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
