FOAMED RUBBER MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed rubber molded article improved in strength while keeping multifunctionality of foamed rubber; and a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: The foamed rubber is produced by the steps of: molding an unvulcanized rubber composition containing a chemical foaming agent into an unvulcanized rubber molded article; heating one surface in the thickness direction of the unvulcanized rubber molded article at a temperature lower than the decomposition temperature of the chemical foaming agent; and heating the other side surface at a temperature not lower than the decomposition temperature of the chemical foaming agent so as to vulcanize and form the unvulcanized rubber molded article.
