<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a packaging structure of a mailing bag for use in transportation and correspondence, which is easy to handle and operate and is convenient, and a method of using the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging structure includes a ready-made one-way delivery bag (BA) and an adhesive slip for reuse or reply (1) to be pasted on the surface of the delivery bag. In addition, the adhesive slip for reuse or reply conforms to a size of the ready-made one-way delivery bag. An adhesive material with release coated paper for pasting is provided on a back face at each of upper and lower ends. A cut line or cutting perforations are provided respectively inward of the adhesive material with release coated paper provided on the back face at both upper and lower ends. The slip is provided to be capable of separating into three parts, including an upper end adhesive part, an intermediate cutting part, and a lower end adhesive part. A handle with indication showing a manner of opening is provided at the left end in the middle of upper and lower cutting lines.
