<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air compression device that can reduce power consumption on a mass of compressed air and remove a water-soluble gas component in intake air by stably decreasing the temperature of intake air to the compressor. <P>SOLUTION: The air compression device 1 includes: an air compressor 2 producing compressed air; an after cooler 3 disposed in the downstream side of the air compressor 2 and cooling the compressed air produced by the air compressor 2 and having an increased temperature; and an air tank 4 reserving the compressed air produced by the air compressor 2. The air compression device further includes: a vaporization type cooling element 5 cooling a dry bulb temperature of the air compressor 2 by vaporization cooling; a water tank 6 disposed below the vaporization type cooling element 5; and a dripping pipe 7 dripping condensed water C reserved in the water tank 6 from above the vaporization cooling element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
