<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting device reducing manufacturing cost by making an inner structure simple. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary cutting device 1 has a motor 4 housed in a body case 2. A spindle case 61 rotated and driven around an axis by the motor 4 is arranged in the body case 2. An operation lever 24 turnably supported by the body case 2 is interlocked with a pinion 25B. A spindle 61 which slidably supported in an axis direction and in which a hole saw 10 are installed is arranged in the spindle case 61. An extending member 28 is extended out from the body case 2 and passes through the through-hole 71a of a moving member 71. The moving member 71 rotatably supports the spindle.
