<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sensitization to bending having a small curvature radius by setting the shape of a cathode arranged outside an anode to a striped spiral shape, and enable a striped cathode to be easily mounted on the inner wall of a flexible pipe by providing plural holes in the striped cathode and melting a part of the flexible pipe in the holes, thereby eliminating a risk of breaking. <P>SOLUTION: A spiral and striped cathode 11 is mounted on the inner wall of an insulating tubular flexible pipe 10 that is bendable. An anode 12 is mounted in four to six line wounds on the outer peripheral surface of an insulating linear support member 16 inside the flexible pipe 10. An insulating sensing portion spacer 13 is spirally mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the anode 12. Plural holes are formed in the striped cathode 11, and the flexible pipe 10 melted by heating is made to flow into the holes, thereby fixing the anode 11 to the inner wall of the flexible pipe 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
