<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell search device capable of performing a high-speed cell search. <P>SOLUTION: A PSC (Primary Synchronization Channel) detection unit gets input of radio data, while the radio data is being received, and performs PSC detection processing by using radio data of a predetermined time period. In parallel with processing of the PSC detection unit, a buffer memory unit writes and buffers the radio data for the predetermined time period being used for processing by the PSC detection unit. An SSC (Secondary Synchronization Channel) detection unit reads out and performs SSC detection processing to radio data of a section related to SSC from buffered radio data, upon getting a detection processing result from the PSC detection unit. The SSC detection unit can get a cell search result faster because it does not wait for data of an SSC section of radio data while the radio data is being received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
